In both cases, you will be asked for 30% of the amount of your rental as a deposit.

Yes, we are ‘VACAF’ approved.
Each rental is fully equipped with duvets, pillows, fridge, sink, microwave, TV, electric radiator, dishes, an electric coffee maker, and cleaning utensils: (sweeping brush, mop, etc.).
You can bring cleaning and dishwashing products, toiletries, towels, toilet paper and bedlinen for your stay.
However, we offer sheet and towel rental and we also sell disposable sheets.

Only one animal is allowed at a supplement of €5/night.
However, it is mandatory to keep them on a leash (and to use a muzzle in some cases) and to have an up-to-date vaccination record (1st and 2nd category breeds are prohibited).
You must not exceed the authorised capacity (see booking conditions).
Any additional person must be declared at the reception in order to pay the required supplement.
You must also declare these people at the reception and pay the visitors’ tax in force. These people are under your responsibility: if they are not declared, you may be excluded from the campsite. Only residents have access to the campsite, for everyone’s peace of mind.
- Visitor(s) without overnight stay: €5 per person per day (over 5 years old) – €3 per person per day (under 5 years old).
- Visitor(s) with overnight stay. The total number of people must not exceed the capacity of the rental: €10 per person (over 5 years old) per night + tourist tax of €0.60 per person (over 18 years old) per night – €7 per person (under 5 years old) per night.
Yes, we rent them at a cost of €3 per night per unit. However, you must book them in advance and based on availability!
Exactly! For rentals, you will be asked for a deposit of €350 in bank card imprint, i.e. €200 as a furniture deposit and €150 as a cleaning deposit.
For pitches, you will be asked for a €50 deposit.
This is to ensure respect for the facilities as well as cleanliness. If everything has been respected, the deposits will be destroyed and the bank card numbers will be deleted automatically. Otherwise, we will contact you if the procedure has not been respected and we are entitled to charge all or part of the deposit. No message is sent to the customer in case of destruction of the deposit.
If you are ANCV approved, you will be able to pay by holiday vouchers or connect holiday vouchers.
For holiday vouchers, you must first write your name and address and then detach them from the booklet stub.
The inventory is carried out by our maintenance staff after your departure, so it will not be necessary to make an appointment.
In any case, your departure must be before 10:00 a.m. for rentals and 12:00 p.m. for pitches. Any stay that runs over this time will be charged an additional night.
Yes, you will have access to a laundry area. At the reception, you can buy tokens for the washing machine (€5), for the dryer (€4) and for a dose of laundry detergent (€1).
Yes, but only with gas or charcoal (charcoal barbecue rental for €3.50/day). Electric barbecues/griddles are prohibited because it trips the power supply in the accommodation.
Wi-Fi is only available at the bar and restaurant (free of charge).
The pool is open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
No. For hygiene reasons, only swimming trunks are accepted at the pool. Only one and two-piece swimsuits are accepted.
No, there is no supervisor or lifeguard. Swimming is unsupervised: the children are under the responsibility of the parents or accompanying persons.
Yes, we do have a “Marmotins” kids’ club open in July and August for children from 4 to 12 years old.
Yes it is possible, but it is a paid service: it costs €1/page (for both photocopying and printing).
In July and August, your pitch is assigned on the day of your arrival according to the schedule and its changes. However, we do our best to meet your requests.
For a rental, you must pre-book your stay.
For a campsite pitch, booking is highly recommended, especially in July and August.
Guests are asked to avoid any noise and chatter that could disturb their neighbours after 11 p.m.
Audio devices must be adjusted accordingly. Car doors and boots must be closed as quietly as possible.
Saint-Geniez d’Olt, located at the foot of the Aubrac in the Haute Vallée du Lot, is a village classified as a “green holiday resort”. The village has a population of 2,000 inhabitants, which rises to around 8,000 inhabitants in summer.
The centre of the village of Saint-Geniez d’Olt is located 500m from the Marmotel: you can walk along the river because there are docks (10 min).
The main shops can be found there: bakeries, butcher shops, a newsagent, 2 pharmacies, several grocery stores, a supermarket (Intermarché), a large number of cafés and restaurants, florists, souvenir shops, shops selling regional products, a dry cleaners, a beautician, taxis, mechanics, furniture dealers, many artisans, clothing and footwear shops, household appliance shops, several real estate agencies, architects, a medical practice, a nursing practice, doctors, and so on.
The Tourist Office and the Town Hall organise activities every day of the week; a billboard can be found under the cloisters to offer you information about the programme.
Saint-Geniez d’Olt is very lively throughout the summer season: ask for the programme of festivities at the Tourist Office.
You will also find on Saturday mornings and Wednesday mornings, a local market bringing together many local producers.

- Aubrac: The great plateaus of Aubrac, Laguiole with its cutlery and cheese, the wolves of Gévaudan, and La Margeride.
- The Tarn Gorges with Aven Armand, the Cévennes National Park, the Méjean causse, the Causse de Sauveterre and the Gorges de la Jonte, as well as Montpellier le Vieux.
- Larzac with the Millau Viaduct, the Roquefort caves, La Couvertoirade, Saint-Affrique and Sainte-Eulalie de Cernon.
- The capital, Rodez, is 45 km away and has a cathedral.
