The content of the website is intended to inform customers. Some of the services offered may be subject to change depending on the occupancy rate and/or be accessible only on certain dates in the season. The rates indicated are indicative and subject to change; they are valid only for the current season. The service will take place at the rate in force on the date of the order. Prices include VAT. Any change to the VAT rate shall result in a change to the rate. In accordance with the French Tourism Code, the Paradis Marmotel campsite reserves the right to make changes to the information on the website or any other communication media. In the event of significant changes, these will be communicated on the campsite’s website through Erratum.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to subsequent modifications; the version applicable to the Customer’s purchase is that in force on the website on the date of placing the Order.
